Who we are

This website, skyshi.com, is operated by PT Skyshi Digital Indonesia (“Skyshi”, “we”, “us”), Gelanggang Inovasi dan Kreativitas UGM, Jl. Persatuan No.004 GIK D2, Sendowo, Sinduadi, Kec. Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55281, Indonesia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, location and the details of your request. The form is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc., which checks that it was sent by a person (Cloudflare Turnstile, which may read technical signals from your browser) and delivers it to us by email.
• Meeting bookings: when you book a consultation you leave our site for Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy and shares them with us.
• Usage data: pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you here, your browser, device and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry, propose suitable engineers and arrange meetings with you.
• To measure which of our ads and pages lead to enquiries.
• To show you relevant Skyshi ads on other websites and apps after you have visited our site (remarketing).
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, advertising and remarketing

On skyshi.com we use the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). These place or read cookies and similar identifiers in your browser so that Google and Meta can tell us when a visit leads to an enquiry, and can show Skyshi ads to people who have visited our site.

Because of this, third-party vendors including Google and Meta may show our ads on websites and apps across the internet, such as Google Search, the Google Display Network, YouTube, Gmail, Facebook and Instagram, based on your past visits to skyshi.com. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• Google: turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): manage ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Sharing and international transfers

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them. Advertising cookies expire on the schedule set by Google and Meta, and you can remove them at any time.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a privacy concern, by sending a request through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
